• Deliveries to North Eastern states, hilly and remote regions, Lakshadweep, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and other island territories may take 10 or more business days.
• These locations are often serviced only through India Post, which may result in longer transit times.
• Delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, or courier service disruptions are beyond our control.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

• Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
• Any claim for a damaged or defective item must be reported within the specified return period, along with clear photos or videos as proof.
• No refunds or returns will be provided for size issues, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size before placing an order.
• Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. We do not guarantee a 100% exchange.
• For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the replacement item.
• If the requested size is not available, the exchange cannot be processed.
• Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to inspect the returned product before approving any return, refund, or exchange.
