Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We aim to provide accurate product information, real product visuals, and detailed size charts on every product page to help customers make informed purchase decisions.

As a small apparel business, our products are sold at competitive pricing with limited profit margins. Production, packaging, handling, and shipping costs are significant for our business. We kindly request customers to review all details carefully before placing an order.

Size Selection & Customer Responsibility

A detailed size chart and product details are available on every product page.

Please verify your preferred size carefully before ordering.

We are not responsible for incorrect size selection made by the customer after reviewing the provided size chart and product information.

We do not force or pressure anyone to purchase from our store. Orders are placed voluntarily after reviewing the product details and store policies.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases

We normally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Change-of-mind purchases  
• “Did not like the product” / personal preference reasons  
• Wrong size selected by the customer  
• Color, fit, or style expectations where the delivered item matches the product listing  
• Used, washed, worn, altered, damaged, or tag-removed items

Exchange Requests (Customer Size Mistake)

For customer-selected wrong sizes, we are normally not responsible for exchange or replacement.

However, as a goodwill gesture, if stock is available, we may try to assist with an exchange at our discretion.

Please note:

• Exchange is not guaranteed and depends on stock availability  
• Customers should not insist or force exchange requests in non-eligible cases  
• If we agree to an exchange for customer-side size selection issues, the customer will be responsible for both-side shipping charges (return shipping + re-shipping charges)

Eligible Return / Exchange Cases

Returns, exchanges, or appropriate remedies may be provided only for:

• Wrong item shipped by us  
• Seller-side size/order error  
• Manufacturing defect  
• Product damaged during delivery  
• Product materially different from the description provided

Return Conditions

Approved returns/exchanges must meet the following conditions:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered  
• Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact  
• Claims must be raised within the specified support period after delivery  
• Returned products are subject to inspection before approval

Products showing signs of use, washing, stains, odor, tampering, missing tags, or customer-caused damage may be rejected.

This policy is intended to operate in accordance with applicable laws in India, including customer rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or materially misdescribed products.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights available under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Haram Ball

At Haram Ball, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to assist you with a return, refund, or exchange.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • There is a size issue caused from our side
  • To be eligible for a return:
  • The request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The product must include all original tags and packaging




2. Size Exchange



If there is a size issue from our side, we offer a free exchange for the correct size.


If the customer selects the wrong size while ordering, exchange may still be possible, but return shipping charges may apply.



3. Damaged or Defective Products



If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:


  • Your Order Number
  • Photos or videos of the product
  • Clear image of the package and label



Once verified, we will offer:


  • Replacement product, or
  • Full refund, depending on the situation.




4. Refund Policy



Refunds are issued only if:


  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • Exchange is not possible



Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.


Refunds will be made through the original payment method used during purchase.



5. Exchange Process



Once your exchange request is approved:


  1. Our team will provide return instructions.
  2. After we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement product.



Exchange delivery may take 5–10 business days depending on location.



6. Non-Returnable Items



The following items cannot be returned or refunded:


  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Customized or special order items




7. Order Cancellation



Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
